Meet the Judge Who Went Viral For His Creative Punishments

It has become common to see animals suffering and as an animal lover, I find it extremely frustrated. However, very few of the people who mistreat animals are given the right sentence.

But a judge called Michael Cicconetti is serving them right. He is determined in protecting those who have no one else to protect.

He is a judge and animal lover with great sensitivity towards animals. He has loved animals ever since he first had his dog Herman, a dachshund-mix which was his best friend throughout his childhood. His current companion is Kasey, a 10-year-old Bernese mountain dog. However, his passion and love for animals go beyond home alone.

He is REALLY GOOD at giving the law offenders the proper sentence to their actions. The punishments will only provide a bit of discomfort, rather than endanger anyone. The woman in this story had an encounter with judge Mike Alyssa Morrow had left her dog, Moose in a filthy hoarder-like house all skin-and-bones.

The judge had the idea that Morrow should go through the same situation to know what her dog experienced in such a terrible situation. Mike ordered for her to spend a day at a local dump so that she knew what her dog had to go through.

The woman was pretty sad to know where she would be sitting in. Judge Mike said to her:”

“I want you to go down to the country dump to, the landfill, and I want them to find the stinkiest, smelliest, God-awful odor place they can in that dump and I want you to sit there for eight hours tomorrow, to think about what you did to that dog while you smell the odor. If you puke, you puke.”

Judge Michael believes that his new type of sentences will make people become aware of the continuous animal abuse.

He also wants people to be aware that harming animals is very serious which has to carry equal consequences.

Another issue where a woman left 35 kittens in a local forest, he sentenced her to spend the night alone in a forest all by herself, followed by imprisonment and fines.

Animal lover Mike had never thought that he would incline to these kinds of sentences, but he finally understood that he had to do something when he started seeing many returning criminals.

He realized he had to find his own way of fixing the problem ever since the standard punishments had very little effect.

He is a role model indeed. His creative, unique sentences will thankfully make people aware of the continuous animal suffering and want everyone to know that hurting animals is very concerning.
